Update for Project Schools

We hope you are enjoying your summer break; here is a quick update and some brief information on PD Leads.
The ICCAMS Maths team are very busy getting everything prepared for our teachers and schools in October 2016. We wanted to thank our comparison group schools – they are invaluable in being able to measure the impact of the ICCAMS Maths intervention and have a vital role across the two years of the project.
Our intervention schools have an experienced PD Lead working with them over the two years of the project. The first year of training sessions (six in total) for the intervention schools will start in October 2016 and continue through until summer 2017.Year 2 of the project will start again in September 2017 and entails three more PD sessions (intervention schools) with our PD Leads through until summer 2018.

We have amazing support from London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Council and are very thankful for the schools who have helped the project. We hope that you all will continue to work with the project and your experienced PD Lead, Matt Lewis will be in touch over the summer.
